Jenn Sander
Jenn is known for her work as the Global Head of Innovation & New Initiatives at the Burning Man Nonprofit, where she significantly contributed to a decade of growth, notably during the era led by the late Larry Harvey. With over 18 years of experience in launching ventures across the hospitality, arts, and technology sectors, Jenn has passion for developing future community models and bottom up systems in tandem with real estate developments – that enhance startup and creative ecosystems. She is the founder of Creative Agency Play Atelier that provides independent research and advisory to shared value initiatives that involve human led – bottom up innovation design. Jenn is a Partner at Re:Imagine Group, a pioneering urban prototyping lab in San Francisco and serves as a Board Member / Advisor to many joint ventures. Jenn is committed to nurturing emerging innovations by leveraging her extensive experience to creatively tackle traditional challenges. She is a trained media expert ( once a publicist, always a publicist) and also manages a portfolio of real estate internationally. Previously, Jenn was a Partner at Agency RedRobin, an early-stage incubator in East London, founded in response to the 2009 recession. There, she refined her skills in platform and systems thinking, internet of things, the first digital pivot, the share economy and the started her path of popularizing entrepreneurial culture in a time of a changing social norms to that of the millennial mindset Additionally, she co-curated TEDxLondon from 2010 to 2012, fostering an environment for groundbreaking ideas to TED.com and Launched Vimeo across Pan Europe in 2010. Via Consultancy Play Atelier, Jenn takes a few select clients and can be an invaluable partner in driving bottom-up, open and regenerative projects.
