Rochelle is specialized in global brand strategy and marketing across consumer product, entertainment, retail and technology sectors. She has proven experience working with brands such as Activision (Franchise: Call of Duty), Quiksilver (Brands: DC Shoes, Quiksilver, Roxy), Apple (Product: iPhone), Visa, and Fisker Automotive. She is globally recognized for her record-breaking brand and product launches where she won media plan of the year. She has successfully led all global planning and execution of marketing activation initiatives in over 175 markets around the world. She eventually left corporate America to run her own marketing and business strategy consultancy, The Dialectic Compound, aiding start-ups with their growth strategy and execution. She felt that new ventures deserved an opportunity to succeed regardless of the fact that they were lacking resources. This led to her launching a start-up of her own, Optimist Made and Optimist Labs, which was born re-imagine how we think about consumerism in fashion and shrink the ongoing problem of over-production.
